My boys usually only enjoy skiing when it’s freestyle, but we went to the slope to try out the new snow, without the ramps, and I couldn’t get them off! They said it was the best they’ve skied on in a dome - it was soft and really smooth. Brilliant Chill Factor^e!”

Santa Feedback

“Christmas get together.”

We had a great time at Chill Factor^e with the children. They both loved the snow! The staff were extremely helpful and on hand for everything. Meeting Father Christmas after their play in the snow made the children’s weekend!

“Wow Wow Wow!”

We visited here today as part of a large party (Stockport Tadpoles). From arriving to getting organised to going out in the snow was fab. The visit to Father Christmas was lovely and he looked so genuine and lifelike. You did a great job in your selection there! I also gave him a sneaky kiss! Laurie was a great organiser.

Visited with an 8yr old, had a great day out. Santa was fantastic. The elves were great and so interactive.
