Charles Goes Free

To celebrate the coronation of King Charles III we’re offering anyone called Charles a free Lift Pass or Snow Park session from the 6^th to 8^th May.

Anyone who is called Charles, Philip, Arthur, George and Elizabeth will be able to visit Chill Factor^e FREE of charge and enjoy some snow fun whilst celebrating the coronation of King Charles III. Guests can enjoy a 1 hour Snow Park session or a 1 Hour Lift Pass throughout the coronation weekend.

Not called Charles? Don’t worry, all our guests receive 20% off when they pre-book their Lift Pass online!

To claim your Lift Pass or Snow Park session simply visit Chill Factor^e from 6^th to 8^th May with photo id. Please note that our Main Slope will be closed from 1pm on 6th May and all day on 7th May. Snow Park is open all weekend.

• To claim the free Snow Park or Lift Pass session simply visit Chill Factor^e on Saturday 6^th to 8^th May 2023.
• Pre-booking is not allowed.
• Lift Pass and Snow Park offer is valid for walk-ups only. Available all day on Saturday 6^th to 8^th May 2023.
• Only one free Lift Pass/Snow Park session can be claimed during the promotion period.
• Free entry is valid for any guests called Charles, Philip, Arthur, George and Elizabeth. It cannot be transferred. Name variations are not considered.
• You must provide proof of name at Guest Services. Passport, Birth Certificate and Driving License are accepted.
• Chill Factor^e management reserves the right to withdraw or change this promotion at any time without any advanced warning or prior notification.
• Please note that our Main Slope will be closed from 1pm on 6^th May and all day on 7^th May. Snow Park is open.
• Guests must meet main slope standard to redeem a Lift Pass.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
