Our Story
Chill Factore is the UK’s largest indoor ski slope, but we are much, much more than that!
There is something for everyone at Chill Factore whether you want to learn or have fun with family and friends! Learn to ski or board for the first time, hone your skills or attend a race events. For a family day out, Snow Park offers tobogganing, sledging and donuts. Perhaps you’ve got an event to organise – we can accommodate everything from corporate away days, conferences for hundreds of people, school trips, birthday parties, celebration events and even stag and hen do’s. We have a huge range of conference suites for corporate events, meetings and training, a sports bar, coffee shops, restaurants and retail shops.
Of course, all these amazing experiences wouldn’t be possible without our amazing teams as it’s our team who deliver memorable, fun and safe activities, and all round amazing service to ensure our guests leave Chill Factore with big happy smiles on their faces time and time again.

Here at Chill Factore Manchester, our teams are really important to us. It’s our teams that create amazing experiences for our guests; and its our teams that make Chill Factore such a great place to work.
Chill Factore is a fast paced place to work. It’s hard work and you will have a lot of responsibility but everyone is really supportive and the job is very rewarding!
Also, most of our teams don’t actually work on the slope, so you don’t even need to have put on a pair of skis before to work here. As long as you have a passion for creating amazing experiences you’ll fit right in!
