Meet the team

Our Snow Experience team are made up of dedicated and passionate people who love putting the guest first. They are responsible for assuring all guests have an amazing experience both off and on the snow.

Working on a flexible shift pattern, they are responsible for going above and beyond to make our guests day and ensure their needs and requirements are met efficiently.

Our Snow Experience team predominately work out on the slopes but they also work in our changing village. It’s a fast paced and sometimes cold environment but it’s also a lot of fun!

Every day on the Snow Experience team is varied and our team get to interact with a variety of guests both on and off the snow.
