Meet the team
The snowsports team is made up of passionate and enthusiastic snowsports instructors.
They love enabling others to master a new skill, whether our guests are brand new to snowsports and have never donned a pair of snow boots before or whether they are competent skiers and snowboarders who are enthusiastic about their sport and want to improve their skills.
We consider all national and international qualifications from applicants and are about to launch a Snow Sports England qualification course to develop and train snowsports enthusiasts to become qualified instructors.
Access to further training and development is just one of the many benefits that come with the job here at Chill Factore, which is we pride ourselves in developing the best instructors in the UK. We also provide an excellent training programme which includes two BASI trainers to support our fantastic instructor team with their personal and professional performance.
